Two crucial forensic reports in connection with the Law College rape case in Kolkata have confirmed the involvement of the three prime accused in the case, one being the perpetrator and the other two being the facilitators.

Villagers reported the school building was in disrepair for decades and teachers ignored students’ warnings about the dangerous conditions.

The trekking route to Kedarnath Dham, near Gaurikund, has been closed due to a landslide triggered by a hillock collapse on Friday night. The Public Works Department is working to clear the debris and restore the path. Security personnel are assisting pilgrims returning from Kedarnath, while those heading towards the shrine from Gaurikund have been stopped.
