Police successfully traced and arrested the BMW hit-and-run accused in Virar after a prolonged search. The victim’s tragic ordeal and the accused’s escape route have been uncovered. The accused’s family members detained for questioning. Court appearance scheduled for Wednesday as investigations continue.

Upon receiving the incident information, police reached the spot, rescued all the injured, and admitted them to a Community Health Centre in Bangarmau for treatment.

Mihir, 24, who managed to evade the police since Sunday morning, was arrested from Virar near Mumbai. He will be produced in Mumbai’s Sewri court on Wednesday.
