It is a good day for BTS fans. Kim Taehyung, aka V, has shared a brand new group photo featuring all seven members, and it has sent ARMYs into celebration mode. The picture, taken inside a dance studio, hints that the group is back in rehearsal mode and preparing for their comeback with full energy.
In the photo, V, Jimin and J-Hope are seated on the floor, while Suga, RM, Jin and Jungkook stand behind them, creating a frame that fans have been longing to see again. Adding to the buzz, Suga broke his Instagram hiatus and posted a new photo with Jimin. In the snap, the rapper sits on a chair while Jimin stands behind him with a mic in his hand, looking like they paused mid-practice for a playful click.

BTS is currently working on their much-awaited comeback album. They are aiming at a Spring 2026 release. The South Korean boy band is also planning a large-scale tour next year. BTS’ last major album release was in 2022, followed by their Yet to Come concert.
Band leader RM said that their new album will have varied genres that they have not tried before as a group. BTS’ comeback is one of the biggest events K-pop fans are looking forward to, and it is surely going to be a grand, larger-than-life moment.

Recently, a Bloomberg report stated that BTS is set to launch its biggest world tour to date with 65 shows. The report further stated that half of the shows from the 65 will be held in North America. However, their agency clarified the situation. They added that neither the number of shows nor the size of the tour has been finalised. “Details regarding the dates and scale of BTS’ new world tour remain unconfirmed. The dates you mentioned are not the latest number we are discussing,” the agency added.

Personality Rights: Delhi HC Responds to Pawan Kalyanâs Plea

Days after Jr NTR moved Delhi High Court over protecting his personality rights on various online platforms, actor-politician Pawan Kalyan too approached the court. Also being the Deputy Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, Pawan filed a personality rights suit in the Delhi High Court. He alleged that various platforms and e-commerce sites on social media have been using his name, photos and identity without his permission for commercial use.

Misuse of identity on social media platforms has become a menace to the celebs. Pawan Kalyan felt the need and right to control his name and identity, and the exploitation of his personality rights. After he filed a suit, the Delhi High Court responded positively. Acknowledging his right to control his name against unauthorized use of apps, merchandise, it had asked Pawan to submit details of the infringing links within two days. Intermediaries have also been instructed to take necessary action within a week. The next hearing on the case is scheduled on December 22. Such rights under Article 19 (Freedom of Speech/Expression) and Article 21 (Right to Life/Dignity) of the Indian Constitution protects and establishes individual identity as valuable property and links them to Privacy & Free Speech. It further boosts celeb publicity rights as protection against misuse.

Pawan Kalyan is one of the biggest stars in Tollywood. Apart from being a politician, his flexis, cutouts, standees and photos are being used in various online platforms for commercial purposes. His team has brought this to the actor’s notice, recently. Pawan responded by filing a suit in the Delhi High Court. After Amitabh Bachchan’s personality rights cases in 2022, several celebs including Chiranjeevi, Anil Kapoor, Jr NTR among many have followed suit. Such acts make it easier for celebs to protect their identity from misuse, especially with AI and deepfakes emerging.
