India’s supersonic prowess is taking flight from Lucknow with the inauguration of a state-of-the-art BrahMos Aerospace Integration and Testing Facility. This 200-acre complex is set to become the epicentre for producing the formidable BrahMos cruise missile, catering to surging domestic and international demand, including significant export orders.

The ministry of external affairs (MEA) on Saturday had said that about 20-25 youths gathered in front of the Bangladesh High Commission in New Delhi on Saturday and raised slogans, protesting the “horrendous killing” of Dipu Chandra Das, 25, who was lynched to death by a mob in Mymensingh on Thursday.

The ritual was conducted in the backdrop of the June stampede that occurred during victory celebrations following Royal Challengers Bengaluru’s maiden IPL title win.
