Don’t miss Sakamoto Days Chapter 182, and keep reading to find out the release date, where to read the chapter, what to expect, and a recap of the previous chapter as well.

Sakamoto Days Chapter 182: Release date and where to read

Sakamoto Days Chapter 182 is slated for release in Japan on Monday, September 16, 2024, at 12 am JST. International readers can anticipate its availability on Sunday, September 15, although the precise timing may vary depending on their respective time zones.

Sakamoto Days Chapter 182 is available on a number of official platforms, such as Viz Media’s official website, Shueisha’s MANGAPlus service, or through the Shonen Jump+ app. Additionally, fans can find the chapter in Weekly Shonen Jump Issue 42. The manga has 18 volumes released so far.

What to expect in Sakamoto Days Chapter 182?

Sakamoto Days Chapter 182 will likely entail a further exploration of Atari, the JAA fortune teller confined in the deepest part of the JAA Jail. The chapter may delve into her background, her prophecies, and the reasons they failed concerning Slur’s activities.

There could also be a focus on who she believes to be her “prince in shining armor” in Sakamoto Days Chapter 182. While this evidence may seem to point to Shin, as he was the one who wished to meet her, it remains uncertain as she could be referring to someone else.

Sakamoto Days Chapter 181 recap

Sakamoto Days Chapter 181, titled ‘Welcome Party,’ begins as a prison guard addresses a line of inmates, including Shin and Heisuke, bluntly stating they have no rights and should feel lucky to be alive. A flashback to before Shin and Heisuke entered the prison then takes place.

Shin, Heisuke, Kindaka, and Nagumo discuss the fortune teller, where Nagumo outlines that while entering the prison is easy, escaping is not. He gives them information about the prison’s three underground layers, with the fortune teller on the lowest level.

In the present, Shin and Heisuke talk about their plans in the cafeteria, planning to steal a guard’s keys. They face hostility from two prisoners over seating in Sakamoto Days Chapter 181, but Shin quickly neutralizes them, taking advantage of his ESP abilities to distract the guard.

Later, the two inmates report to Boiled, a former foe of Sakamoto, who berates them for their actions. Shin and Heisuke then encounter Boiled as they clean the bathroom, who punches Shin. This eventually leads to Shin using his ESP to freeze Boiled, but ends up thrown through a wall.

Meanwhile, on the lowest level, a prisoner named Atari, the JAA fortune teller is depicted in a luxurious prison cell. Sakamoto Days Chapter 181 ends as she awaits her “prince in shining armor.”

Will Elizabeth Olsen Ever Return as Scarlet Witch? Actress Says THIS

We all have loved the way Elizabeth Olsen’s character in the MCU evolved with time. Recently, during an interview, the Godzilla actress shed light on what she feels about her role in the superhero franchise and opened up talking about her experience of playing the Scarlet Witch.

Talking to FM104, Elizabeth Olsen stated that she loves to revisit her character, “when there’s a way to use her well, and I think I have been lucky that when I started I was used well.”

Furthermore, she stated that the Marvel Studios seemed a bit lost while giving a proper direction to her character in the franchise.

While Olsen has been playing the role of Wanda Maximoff aka the Scarlet Witch since 2015, the actress wishes to return but only “if there’s a good way to use her.”

It was in the movie Avengers: Age of Ultron that we saw Elizabeth Olsen for the first time being a part of the MCU. She was accompanied by the character of Quick Silver who also happened to be her onscreen brother, and was played by Aaron Taylor-Johnson. Then with time, we saw a very brave and unexpected character development, as the character of Wanda eventually became strong and bold while also falling in love, with Paul Bettany’s Vision.

Her character was highly appreciated in the movies, Avengers: Infinity War as well as in Avengers: Endgame, following which came the first Disney+ series, WandaVision.

Here she was seen playing the role of mother, a superhero, a wife as well as a witch who had a whole town under her spell. Meanwhile, the character and the series were also appreciated a lot as they experimented with a number of styles panning across generations.

Soon came the second installment of Doctor Strange, where Olsen’s Scarlet Witch was seen as the antagonist.

While talking to Vanity Fair, in a previous interview, Olsen reflected how she was frustrated about how there had been no communication between the writers of WandaVision and Multiverse of Madness. Back then she even stated that her character ended up playing an almost similar character in both the projects, with not much development.

While there are no confirmed updates about Elizabeth Olsen returning to the MCU, you can catch her in the movie His Three Daughters.

His Three Daughters has been released in theaters on September 6, 2024, following which the movie will land on Netflix on September 20.

IAF Officer Files Rape Case Against Senior, Says Was Forced Into Oral Sex

A woman flying officer in the Indian Air Force has filed a police complaint, accusing a Wing Commander of rape. Based on the complaint, an FIR has been filed at Budgam police station in Jammu and Kashmir. Both officers are based in Srinagar.

The flying officer has said in her complaint that she has been suffering harassment, sexual assault and mental torture over the past two years.

The officer has said that at a New Year party at the officers’ mess on December 31, 2023, her senior asked if she had received the gift. When she said she had not, the Wing Commander said the gifts were in his room and took her there. When she asked where his family was, he said they were elsewhere.

The flying officer has alleged that her senior forced her into oral sex and molested her. “I repeatedly asked him to stop doing it and tried to resist it in all ways possible. Finally, I pushed him and ran away. He said that we would meet me on Friday again when his family leaves,” she has said.

The flying officer said it took her a while to register what happened to her. “I was afraid and didn’t know what to do as there were instances before also wherein I was discouraged to report. He visited my office post this incident… He behaved as if nothing happened and there was no sign of remorse in his eyes,” she said.

The woman officer said she reached out to two other women officers and they guided her to file a complaint. “I can’t describe (the) mental agony, being an unmarried girl who joined forces and was treated in such (a) heinous manner,” she said.

Following her complaint, she said, a Colonel-rank officer was ordered to investigate the incident. The Wing Commander was made to sit down with her twice in January this year to record the statements, she has alleged. She has said she objected to the senior officer’s presence and later the investigation was closed to “hide mistakes of administration”.

She then filed a fresh application to the internal committee and it met two months later. “The bias of Stn (Station) authorities to aid the sexual offender was very heart-breaking for me,” she has said, alleging that a medical examination was not done till she insisted multiple times.

“IC (internal committee) did not do its job properly as directions had come from higher formation to keep the result as neutral. Everyone was aiding the sexual offender,” the flying officer has said.

“I requested for interim relief and requested for leave multiple times but I was denied leave each time,” she said, alleging that her requests for a different posting for herself or the Wing Commander were not heeded either.

“I am forced to socialise with these people and attend events with my abuser…While he is enjoying. I am getting harassed in (the) hands of authorities on a daily basis,” she has said.

The Internal Committee, she has said, said that it is inconclusive whether the incident happened or not because of the lack of an eyewitness and closed its probe in May. “Isn’t it common sense that someone would not do sexual assault in front of a witness?”

The flying officer has complained of “continuous mental harassment” and “social boycott”. “My personal communications have been constantly monitored unofficially. The individuals I speak with are harassed by the authorities.”

The ongoing harassment, she said, has had a severe impact on her mental health. “I am living in constant fear, under 24/7 scrutiny and my social life has been completely disrupted. The harassment has driven me to suicidal thoughts, and I feel utterly helpless. I am unable to carry on with my daily life, and my social interactions are closely monitored and discouraged by authorities. I have endured this torture for too long, and I am at my breaking point,” she has said.

NDTV has reached out to the Indian Air Force for an official response that is still awaited.
