Union home minister Amit Shah criticized AAP leader Arvind Kejriwal during an address in New Delhi, mocking his stance on building Ram Mandir and accusing him of neglecting Delhi’s slums and pollution issues. Shah urged citizens to ‘liberate’ the city from the AAP government in upcoming elections.

The bench said there can be no hard and fast rule in this regard and it must invariably depend on the circumstances of the case.
