Mussoorie Kotwali police have registered a case against three named accused in connection with the alleged vandalism of the shrine of renowned Sufi poet Baba Bulleh Shah, police said on Sunday.

Bhagat Singh Koshyari was conferred with the Padma Bhushan award yesterday, nearly three years after he resigned as the Maharashtra governor.
