Kriti Sanon’s penchant for a relatable workout regimen is a given but trust the actress to go the extra mile to achieve those targets. Her determination toward her fitness journey will motivate you to hit the gym. With a mix of HIIT workouts and core training, Kriti has maintained a balance between it all. Recently her trainer Karan Sawhney gave us a BTS glimpse into the hardcore training for the movie Ganapath. Her prep for her first action movie was solid enough to set fitness goals. He posted a video of Kriti’s workout on Instagram and wrote, “We applied the French contrast training method for a period of over 4 months where even blood, sweat and tears wasn’t enough. From doing 6 am sessions (before a 12 hour shoot day) to even night sessions. We didn’t stop.”

In the video, Kriti performed multiple formats of workouts that majorly focused on muscle strengthening. The actress did lunges on a highway using heavy stones. This form helps in improving thigh muscles and makes the movement even better.

In another exercise, Kriti did a variation of low and high planks which basically helps to improve balance and also helps to strengthen the core.

Another addition to her routine was jumping squats. It is comparatively a faster movement that not only helps in focusing on the glutes but also improves leg and thigh muscles.

We all are familiar with what crunches are but Kriti’s version of crunches on an exercise ball will make you want to notch up your fitness game. With focus on the abdomen, this exercise will make you sweat.

Leg press was another form she did that helped in improving the thigh muscles. Her progress with her fitness journey is only getting better.

To add more variation to her routine, she did a Russian twist with weights. This workout eventually helps in targeting love handles and tones the body.

She also did boxed with her trainer to improve her overall body strength and movement. Other exercises also included weighted squats, deadlifts and ropes. These exercises help in focusing on the glutes, arm muscles and core.

He also invited investors and other clients to enrol for various “educational courses” offered by him.The market regulator also said that Ansari sold 19 such courses relating to the securities market, including those that promised assures returns.The money collected from those looking for investors was deposited into the banks accounts of Ansari, Padamati and Golden Syndicate Ventures that have also been barred from the securities markets until further orders.The YouTube channel of Ansari has more than 4.43 lakh subscribers and more than 70 million views. He also operates a Telegram channel called Baap Of Chart Option Hedging, which has around 53,000 subscribers.
 

Congress leader Sachin Pilot on Thursday condemned the Enforcement Directorate’s (ED) move to conduct raids at the residence of Rajasthan Congress Chief Govind Singh Dotasara stating that the BJP’s “nervousness’ is clearly visible.

Taking to ‘X’, he wrote, “I strongly condemn the ED raid on Rajasthan Congress State President Govind Singh Dotasara. ED summons have also been given to Vaibhav Gehlot, son of Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot. BJP cannot scare Congress leaders with such tactics. All the leaders and workers of the state Congress are standing together in solidarity”.

“BJP’s nervousness is clearly visible in such actions because the public has made up its mind to bring the Congress government back in Rajasthan in the upcoming elections”, he added.

Earlier in the day, the Enforcement Directorate (ED) conducted raids at the residence of Rajasthan Congress Chief Govind Singh Dotasara in connection with the Senior Teacher 2nd Grade Competitive Examination, 2022 Paper Leak case.

The raids were carried out at the official residence of Dotasara at Civil Lines in Rajasthan’s Jaipur.

The Enforcement Directorate is also conducting search operations at nearly a dozen locations in Rajasthan in connection with the paper leak case.

Meanwhile, the central probe agency has also summoned Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot’s son and Congress leader, Vaibhav Gehlot in the paper leaks case.

Earlier this month, the ED conducted search operations at seven residential premises of Dinesh Khodania, Ashok Kumar Jain, Spurdha Chaudhary, Suresh Dhaka and other individuals in the paper leaks case.

The searches were carried out under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA) on Friday, officials said adding that various incriminating documents, copies of sale deeds of various properties, electronic devices and cash amounting to Rs 24 lakh were seized in the operation.

The ED’s move has triggered sharp reactions from Congress leaders who have dubbed the agency as an extension of the BJP.

Earlier in the day, Congress national president Mallikarjun Kharge on Thursday attacked the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) claiming that as elections are around the corner, ED, CBI, and IT become the real “Panna Pramukh” of the BJP.

Taking to ‘X’, Mr Kharge wrote, “As elections are around the corner, ED, CBI, IT etc. become the real ‘Panna Pramukh’ of BJP. Seeing its certain defeat in Rajasthan, the Bharatiya Janata Party made its last move! After Chhattisgarh, ED has also started action against Congress leaders entering the assembly election campaign in Rajasthan”.

“The dictatorship of the Modi government is fatal for democracy. We will continue to fight against the misuse of agencies, the public will give a befitting reply to the BJP’, he added.
