Begum Khaleda Zia, former Bangladesh prime minister and the chairperson of the Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP), has died of prolonged illness while under treatment at Dhaka’s Apollo Hospital. She was 80.

America’s President Donald Trump has issued a stern warning to Iran. He stated that Iran will face severe repercussions if it attempts to revive its missile program. This comes amid reports of Iran potentially rebuilding its ballistic missile capabilities at new locations. Iran’s advisor countered, vowing a strong response to any aggression. The US had previously targeted Iranian nuclear sites.
