Mardaani 3 Trailer: Rani Mukerji Is Back As Shivani Shivaji Roy to Face a Chilling Female Antagonist

The wait is finally over for Rani Mukerji fans. After months of anticipation, the makers of the iconic Mardaani franchise have officially dropped the trailer for its third part today. This special release also marks an important milestone in Rani Mukerji’s career, as she celebrates 30 years in the Indian film industry today.

Rani returns to the big screen as the fearless and uncompromising cop, Shivani Shivaji Roy. Known for her take-no-prisoners attitude, Shivani has become a symbol of strength and justice over the last decade. In Mardaani 3, the stakes are higher than ever. The trailer reveals that Shivani, now working with the NIA, is on a high-stakes mission to rescue 93 missing girls who have gone missing over a span of just three months.

The third chapter takes a dark and brutal turn as it explores the terrifying world of a beggar mafia. Unlike the previous films where she faced off against male villains, this time Shivani meets her match in a menacing female antagonist named Amma, played by Mallika Prasad. The trailer promises a violent and emotional face-off between the two, as Shivani goes through an intense case to save the innocent girls caught in a dangerous system.

Joining the cast is Shaitaan actress Janki Bodiwala, who plays a key role in this intense crime thriller. The film is directed by Abhiraj Minawala and produced by Aditya Chopra under the Yash Raj Films banner. The script, written by Aayush Gupta, focuses on a dark, deadly, and brutal reality of society, continuing the franchise’s legacy of tackling hard-hitting issues.

Yash Raj Films shared the trailer on social media with the caption, “She won’t stop, until she rescues them all! #RaniMukerji is back as the fearless cop Shivani Shivaji Roy in #Mardaani3. Rescue begins in cinemas near you on January 30, 2026.” Initially slated for a February release, the film has been preponed to hit the theatres sooner on January 30, 2026.

Martial arts, a constant

Away from the spotlight of films and politics, martial arts has always remained a constant and serious part of his life. What started as a simple interest in his younger days gradually grew into a lifelong discipline. His recent induction into Kenjutsu, one of Japan’s most respected traditional sword arts, is a rare and meaningful honour. Such recognition is not easily given and reflects decades of sincere effort. Recently, a video shared by his creative team, showcasing his martial arts journey, caught the attention of many and inspired fans across generations. During his early years in Chennai, Pawan Kalyan trained rigorously in karate and other combat styles. For him, martial arts were never only about physical strength or body fitness. He focused strongly on technique, balance, and the values that come with the practice. Over time, this interest led him to explore Samurai traditions, which place great importance on discipline, humility, patience, and self-control. His passion for martial arts naturally reflected in his films as well. Movies such as Thammudu, Kushi, Annavaram, and OG showcased realistic and grounded action sequences, helping audiences connect with authentic combat styles rather than exaggerated stunts.

Pawan’s dedication earned him international recognition. He received the Fifth Dan rank from Japan’s Sogo Budo Kanri Kai and became the first Telugu individual to be inducted into the Takeda Shingen Clan under Soke Muramatsu Sensei. In addition, the Golden Dragons organisation honoured him with the title Tiger of Martial Arts. Under the guidance of Hanshi Professor Dr. Siddiq Mahmoodi, he also trained in Kendo, gaining a deeper understanding of both the technique and philosophy of the sword.

Nupur Sanon and Stebin Benâs Varmala Video Creates Buzz Online

Nupur Sanon and Stebin Ben have become husband and wife. The couple had a beautiful white wedding ceremony on Saturday, January 10. This was said to have been followed by traditional pheras on the next day, January 11, with their friends and family in attendance. While many of the details were kept private, videos have now emerged showing the couple smiling as their guests celebrated.

Nupur Sanon and Stebin Ben exchanged vows in a very private ceremony at the Fairmont Hotel in Rajasthan. The event was attended exclusively by their closest friends and family. After the completion of the rituals, a guest shared a short video of the couple in their wedding attire, which appeared to have been captured after the main ceremony as guests witnessed their celebration.

Fireworks were visible in the background during Nupur Sanon and Stebin Ben’s celebratory moment as they held hands and raised them in the air. Both were seen smiling at each other, seemingly excited to embark on this new journey together.

A separate moment featuring the colours and waterworks was shared online, with the night sky being lit up by many beautiful and colourful lights.

After her departure from Mumbai earlier last week for the wedding festivities, Nupur Sanon was accompanied by her sister Kriti Sanon, her partner Kabir Bahia, and their parents. On Friday, the haldi ceremony took place, with all attendees thoroughly enjoying the occasion. This was followed by a sangeet night where Kriti gracefully danced with her friends, including Varun Sharma, in honour of the couple, who later also joined in the dancing.

A private celebration was held after they exchanged rings, where her father walked her down the aisle, and with the bridesmaids throwing their flower bouquets as seen in the clips, Stebin and Nupur truly had a dreamy wedding.
