Fans have been eagerly waiting for Sunny Deol starrer war-drama film Border 2. The team has officially welcomed Sunny Deol, Varun Dhawan, and Diljit Dosanjh to play the part of Indian Armed Forces Officer in the film. Now, recently, the film’s co-producer Binoy Gandhi has stirred the internet by dropping a BTS glimpse enough to pique your excitement.

Today, on September 23, Binoy Gandhi took to his Instagram handle and shared a picture of himself from the sets of Border 2. In the picture, he is seen standing against huge war tanks on a huge set installed at a deserted land.

Soon after the post was shared, fans couldn’t stop thronging the comments section expressing their excitement over the film. A user wrote, “Wow That’s Super Cool Shot….what an experience” another fan wrote, “Zabardast bhaiyaaaa zabardast” while a third fan wrote, “The Blockbuster of the Century is coming up. Border 2.”

In addition to this, several fans dropped red-heart and fire emojis in the comments section.

It is important to mention here that just a few days back, Pinkvilla exclusively reported that Border 2 is set to go on floors from November 25 in North India. A source close to the development also shared with us that the pre-production work on the film has been going on for almost a year and now the film is poised to go on floors on the above-mentioned date.

“Anurag Singh and his team are all set to start the recce for the film within a week, and the first two locations they have zeroed down on are Jammu and Srinagar,” a source had shared, adding further that the Border 2 team is looking to shoot a lot of film at real locations in and around the special armed force areas near borders of India to give a rustic feel to the film.

Directed by Anurag Singh, Border 2 is the sequel to the 1997-released film, and we’ve also informed you earlier that makers are eyeing a Republic Day 2026 release.

Jr NTR has recently opened up about the unfortunate cancellation of Devara: Part 1’s pre-release event due to the venue being filled over capacity. While sharing a video on social media, the actor communicated with his fans about the situation. After him, Janhvi Kapoor also shared a statement addressing her fans.

“It hurts me that the Devara pre-release event was cancelled, you know it hurts me. I wanted to meet you (fans) in person and share our journey with you. But we had to cancel it due to security reasons,” he said in Telugu. Opening up further, the actor asked his fans to refrain from putting the blame on the producers or organizers. “My pain is bigger than yours in this regard. But this is not the producers’ or event organisers’ fault,” he added.

According to onlookers who posted several videos on social media from the event, the venue was overfilled at 8 pm. The event, which was scheduled at Novotel in Hyderabad, was to be attended by director Koratala Siva, actors Jr NTR and Janhvi Kapoor, and special guests like director Trivikram Srinivas and producer Naga Vamsi. Fans were kept in the dark about the cancellation, until they saw Trivikram and Vamsi seemingly leaving the venue.

Megastar K Chiranjeevi was honoured by the Guinness World Records as the most prolific star in the Indian film industry in the actor/dancer category. The certificate handed over to Chiranjeevi at an event. The certificate issued by Guinness World Records to the actor stated, “The most prolific film star in Indian Film Industry-actor/dancer is Konidela Chiranjeevi aka Mega Star (India) achieved on 20 September 2024.”

After accepting the honour, Chiranjeevi said, “The most prolific film star in Indian Film Industry-actor/dancer is Konidela Chiranjeevi aka Mega Star (India) achieved on 20 September 2024.” Stating the moment as unforgettable, he added, “I never sought recognition from the Guinness World Records, but it feels incredible to be honored for my dancing. It is dancing that truly made me a star and brought me so many rewards throughout my career.”

Opening up about his love for dancing, the actor said, “All these years of my film career, dance had become part of my life. I still remember dancing in front of legends like Savitri and my first dance steps on screen,” he said. Chiranjeevi thanked his colleagues, namely the directors, producers, music directors, and actors he has worked with.

Chiranjeevi’s son, Ram Charan, took to social media to congratulate his father. “Congratulations Appa @chiranjeevikonidela , for achieving the Guinness World Record as the Most Prolific Film Star in Indian Cinema! 156 films, 24,000+ dance moves, across 537 songs in a remarkable 45-year journey!
