Arjun Mathur, known for his role as Karan Mehra in Zoya Akhtar’s acclaimed series Made in Heaven, has tied the knot with his longtime girlfriend, Tiya Tejpal. The actor officially confirmed the news by posting a picture of them together captioned, “T & A – 09.10.2024” with infinite and red heart emojis.

Vijay secretly watches Rajinikanths Vettaiyan

Megastar Rajinikanth’s much-anticipated Vettaiyan has been released in the theatres and had a grand opening at the box office. The film had the second biggest opening for a Tamil film this year, after Vijay’s GOAT. Now, a video has gone viral showing Vijay secretly watching Rajinikanth’s film in the theatres.

The video shows a masked man, believed to be Vijay, entering a car. The video shows him hurriedly entering a white SUV. The clip was shared by a fan on social media along with the caption, “Vijay who saw the film Vettaiyan… Thalapathy came for the leader..!”

Meanwhile, Vettaiyan had a bumper opening at the box office and minted approximately Rs 30 crore (nett) domestically on day 1.

As per reports in Sacnilk, the Tamil version of the film earned Rs 26.15 crore on day 1 and the Telugu version collected Rs 3.2 crore. The Hindi version, however, saw a decline in numbers and collected Rs 60 lakh.

Besides Rajinikanth, the T J Gnanavel directorial also stars Amitabh Bachchan, Fahadh Faasil, Rana Daggubati, Manju Warrier, and Ritika Singh among others.

It follows the story of an IPS officer (Rajinikanth) who takes on the drug mafia. However, things take a serious turn when the woman who tipped him off about the drugs gets raped and murdered.
