An avalanche has killed two off-piste ski tourers in the French Alps, a local prosecutor said on Sunday.

In his complaint, he further alleged that he was assaulted and intimidated during the confrontation, leaving him feeling threatened and humiliated at his workplace.

The HC noted that the BMC is duty-bound to provide and maintain enough toilets “so that the hygiene and health of the slum dwellers is looked after.”
