American environmental journalist Tatiana Schlossberg, the granddaughter of late president John F. Kennedy, has died from cancer at the age of 35, her family announced Tuesday.

A collision between two trains inside the Pipalkoti tunnel of the Vishnugad–Pipalkoti Hydroelectric Project has left approximately 60 people injured. A loco train carrying workers and officials struck a goods train, with 109 individuals on board. All injured have been rescued and are in stable condition. The incident occurred within the project area, being developed by THDC (India).
