Richa Chadha has received immense love and appreciation for portraying the role of Lajjo in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Heeramandi: The Diamond Bazaar. The actress recently shared insights as to how she managed such a hectic promotion schedule in the seventh month of her pregnancy.

The actress took to social media to share her experience of promoting the film while being pregnant. She wrote, “Exactly a month ago, we had a meet and greet with the media, to celebrate the success of Heeramandi on Netflix! Was fun to meet all the co-stars but the chief guest was of course, the Sanjay Leela Bhansali who was indeed a sighting as rare as a tiger in Ranthambore! There’s a special story about this day, for which I am grateful to my team and I will make a reel about it tomorrow. Still can’t believe I was out promoting in full bloom when in the 7th month…haha.”

Richa is all set to embrace motherhood with husband Ali Fazal. The couple got married in an intimate ceremony in 2022 attended by close friends and family.
