Delhi Police on Friday informed the Supreme Court that the Russian mother, pitted in a custody battle of her child, has not left the country, at least through legal means.

Several Union ministers, including Rajnath Singh, Amit Shah, J P Nadda and Kiren Rijiju, held a strategy session at the defence minister’s residence here on Thursday ahead of Parliament’s Monsoon Session beginning from July 21.

Dismissing Kapil Sibal as an “average lawyer”, Parliamentary Affairs Minister Kiren Rijiju on Friday said Parliament cannot be dictated by one MP’s “personal agenda”.
