Russian President Vladimir Putin warned the United States that supplies of long-range missiles to Ukraine will seriously damage relations between Moscow and Washington but will not change the situation on the battlefield.

An assailant drove a car into people outside a synagogue Thursday in northern England and then began stabbing them, killing two and seriously wounding four in what police called a terrorist attack on the holiest day of the Jewish year.

Russian President Vladimir Putin warned the United States against pressuring India to stop buying Russian oil. He stated India would not tolerate humiliation. Putin mentioned Prime Minister Modi would not take such steps. He said India would suffer losses if it refused Russian energy supplies. Putin also blamed NATO countries for the Ukraine conflict.
