NIA arrested a second Kashmiri man, Jasir Bilal Wani, in the Red Fort suicide bombing case. The module, linked to Jaish, planned Hamas-style drone attacks and was building small rockets for serial blasts. Wani allegedly provided technical support for these drone modifications and rocket construction, aiming to replicate attacks seen in conflict zones.
