Israel discussed US hostage envoy Adam Boehler’s interviews with White House officials after he defended his talks with Hamas and said the US is “not an agent of Israel”. Some Israeli officials saw his remarks as a message to Israel before he clarified on X. Boehler referred to Palestinian prisoners as hostages and Israeli hostages as “prisoners” and spoke about the “human elements” of Hamas leaders. Elon Musk-run X (Formerly Twitter) went down again on Monday in a massive outage for thousands of users in India. Users are reportedly unable to access the micro-blogging platform.

According to Downdetector, the interruptions peaked in the afternoon around 3:00 pm with nearly 2,200 reports from Indian users and increased once again around 7:30 pm as 1,500 reports were received on the outage tracking website.

The tracking website showed that nearly 52 percent of problems were related to the website, 41 percent to the app and 8 percent had to do with server connection problems.

The platform is yet to release a statement regarding the outage.
