A 28-year-old Hyderabad student, Pole Chandrasekhar, was fatally shot in Texas, US, on October 3 during a suspected armed robbery at his part-time gas station job. Chandrasekhar, who was pursuing a master’s, died on the spot. Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy expressed condolences and assured government support to repatriate his remains, with coordination underway with Indian officials.
