K Kavitha urges renaming Andaman and Nicobar Islands to Azad Hind on Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose’s 129th birth anniversary, honoring his freedom fighter legacy.

This is the third time a judge has withdrawn from the case, following earlier recusals by Justice Swarana Kanta Sharma and Justice Anup J Bhambhani.

Former MP and Telangana Jagruthi President K Kavitha said that she has written to Prime Minister Narendra Modi that the Andaman and Nicobar Islands be renamed as Azad Hind.
