Ahead of the film’s release, Streep and Hathaway were seen greeting fans in Tokyo. Both actresses brought their fashion A-game for the special evening. Streep wore a striking red ensemble, while Hathaway opted for a chic black-and-white off-shoulder dress. What made the event even more special was fans showing up dressed in iconic looks inspired by The Devil Wears Prada.
The Devil Wears Prada 2 reunites the original main cast with director David Frankel and writer Aline Brosh McKenna. The movie is produced by Wendy Finerman and executive produced by Michael Bederman, Karen Rosenfelt, and Aline Brosh McKenna. 20th Century Studios will release the film in cinemas on May 1, 2026.
