Chandrabhan Dubey, a security agency owner, was found murdered and his body was discovered in two bags in Surat’s Althan area. Police investigations revealed that Rashid Ansari, Dubey’s employee, allegedly kidnapped and killed him for a ransom of Rs 1 crore.
