The Delhi High Court has summoned Red Chillies Entertainment, Netflix, and others in response to a defamation suit filed by former NCB officer Sameer Wankhede. Wankhede claims the Netflix series ‘The Ba**ds of Bollywood’ maligned his reputation and undermined public confidence in law enforcement. The court has directed respondents to file replies within seven days.

If the court allows Koli’s curative plea, he will walk free, as he has already been acquitted in all other cases linked to the 2006 Nithari serial killings.
