He discusses how hard it was to convince Prem Nath for the role of IG Khanna in Ghai’s directorial debut ‘Kalicharan’, to the time when hesitantly he convinced Hema Malini to do a small role in the film ‘Krodhi’ and also talks about making his superhit film ‘Karz’ to having frequent disagreements with Simi Garewal who was unwilling to play the part. Subhash Ghai also explains the reason behind making the sequel to the 2004 film Aitraaz, which was produced by him and what Shah Rukh Khan told him about the 2007 film ‘Om Shanti Om’, which was inspired by Ghai’s Karz.
