Coming to Uri, the movie had released on January 11, 2019. Our reviewer had given it 3 stars out of 5. The review mentioned, “It’s Vicky Kaushal’s dedication that compels you to forget the mistakes and watch the film. Channeling his inner Martin Sheen, the method acts to glory amidst the madness and comes out triumphant from the heart of darkness. Take him away from the scheme of things and the film falls flat. He has once again shown that you can cast him in any sort of a role in any sort of a film and he’ll deliver his hundred per cent.”

Speaking about the children and the time she met them for the first time, Sreeleela said, “I fall short of words and get jittery when I talk about it. But it’s taken care of. I’m not a mother because there’s an entirely different story to that.”

The actor revealed that her involvement with the children dates back to an early phase of her Kannada film career, an association that has remained largely outside the public gaze. While she acknowledged Kiss (2019) director AP Arjun’s role in introducing her to the ashram, she emphasised that the relationship evolved independently of her professional life, sustained quietly over the years. “It was a film I did early on in my career in Kannada that my director decided to take me to an ashram. The kids live there. We speak on the phone, and I keep visiting them there. It was a secret for the longest time,” she added.

She further clarified that speaking about the initiative was a conscious decision. It was taken jointly by her and the institution to raise awareness amongst her followers. “The institution wanted me to talk about it so that more people are encouraged. I don’t want to be given credit for anything, but I want people to start looking in that direction,” she noted.
