The Border Security Force (BSF) has taken into custody a Pakistani Ranger from along the international border in Rajasthan on Saturday.

A CRPF jawan, Munir Ahmed, is contesting his dismissal after being accused of concealing his marriage to a Pakistani national, despite claiming he received official permission. Ahmed asserts he informed the CRPF of his marriage and followed protocol, including applying for a Long-Term Visa for his wife.

Suhas, the main accused in the high-profile 2022 murder of Mohammed Fazil, was hacked to death by a group of unidentified assailants in Kinnikambla, Bajpe, on the night of May 1.
