Bollywood’s original He Man Dharmendra and dream girl Hema Malini remain one of the most loved pairs the industry has ever seen. What began as effortless onscreen chemistry soon turned into a real life love story that fans believed in deeply. Over the years, they shared the screen in several memorable films, one of them being Aas Paas released in 1981. In a rare unseen video from last year, Dharmendra and Hema Malini are seen joyfully vibing to their hit song Dariya Mein Phenk Do Chabi. The clip, shared by RJ Anirudh Chawla, was recorded in July 2025, just four months before Dharmendra passed away in November.

In the heartwarming video, the couple can be seen twinning in purple and soaking in the moment as music plays. Sharing the clip, RJ Anirudh Chawla wrote, “Hello hi aay haay  Diaries of the DREAM GIRL’S DREAM RUN CONCERT !  TUM JO CHALE GAYE TO HOGI BADI KHARABI..  Kitne sahi alfaz Dharamji ke liye  Unforgettable moments with Hema Malini ji and Dharmendra ji , as we sang their superhit song, DARIYA MEIN PHENK DO CHABI , from AAS PAAS together!  This emotional musical meeting happened 4 months before Dharamji passed away, when I met him to take his blessings for my Canada Concert tour and Book with Hemaji in July 2025! TAB KYA PATA THA, UNSE AAKHRI MULAQAT HOGI! ”

Talking about Hema Malini’s upcoming concert, the RJ further shared, “Hemaji will share beautiful anecdotes of all her blockbuster films with Dharamji, including,  SHOLAY, SEETA AUR GEETA, THE BURNING TRAIN, ALIBABA AUR 40 CHOR, RAJA JANI, NAYA ZAMANA. SO SO HONORED TO CO PRODUCE, HOST, WRITE, AND DIRECT A HISTORIC CONCERT TOUR WITH THE DREAM GIRL, HEMA MALINI JI  THE DREAM GIRL’S DREAM RUN CONCERT with @dreamgirlhemamalini #hemamalini !  HEMA MALINI KI KAHANI HEMA MALINI KI ZUBAANI  WITH A SPECIAL TRIBUTE TO THE LEGENDARY DHARMENDRA JI.”

The emotional video touched fans deeply, with many pouring their hearts out in the comments. One fan wrote, “Miss you @aapkadharam jii so much ,” while another shared, “Miss u Dharmendra  ji.” A user noted, “Their happy faces<3,” and another beautifully summed it up saying, “Some moments are not content, they are heritage  Hema Malini ji & our beloved Dharmendra ji together is always magical. Lovely collab .. thanks a lot @rjanirudhchawla .” 

Dharmendra passed away on November 24 2025, at his Mumbai residence due to age related illness. Though he is no longer with us, his legacy and memories continue to live on forever.

Sobhita Dhulipala recently opened up about her character in the upcoming Telugu thriller Cheekatilo. She shared about the character’s journey while explaining how the story works to bring the best out of her character, Sandhya.

Describing Sandhya’s inner compass and what drives her pursuit of justice, Sobhita explained, “I see Sandhya as a natural leader, not because she is fearless, but because she doesn’t let uncertainty decide her actions. There’s a quiet decisiveness to her. She’s driven by the need for clarity rather than validation, and that steadiness is what ultimately moves the story forward.”

Reflecting on what drew her to playing a true-crime podcaster, she opened up on navigating moral complexity. Sobhita added, “What interested me was the responsibility inherent to the role. Sandhya isn’t chasing drama; she’s chasing clarity. That mindset, of asking uncomfortable questions and remaining steady in uncertainty is something I carried forward from this experience.”

In another interview, Sobhita said, “When a story is pitched to me, I analyse what makes it unique. This story has a female podcaster and an element of social commentary. I have been privy to how families hush up an issue; it could be a child’s attention deficiency syndrome. In Cheekatilo, a young girl is molested and there is silence. I think it is important to convey that issues need to be discussed, to help the person find the strength to not be weighed down by it. The story also has an interesting whodunnit aspect. The script was fairly detailed when it came to me, and we suggested a few changes.”

Cheekatilo is directed by Sharan Kopishetty. It is produced by D. Suresh Babu under the banner of Suresh Production Pvt Ltd and written by Chandra Pemmaraju and Sharan Kopishetty. Alongside Sobhita Dhulipala, Viswadev Rachakonda is featured in the lead role, with Chaitanya Visalakshmi, Esha Chawla, Jhansi, Aamani and Vadlamani Srinivas in pivotal roles. The film is set to premiere on Prime Video on January 23, 2026.
