A Delhi-Kolkata IndiGo flight was delayed for over three hours after an altercation between a passenger and cabin crew, with both parties filing police complaints, as per a report.

Pakistan Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif said on Tuesday that his country respects Russia’s relations with India, as he called for strengthening Islamabad’s ties with Moscow during his talks with Russian President Vladimir Putin here.

Former US adviser Mary Kissel emphasised India’s critical role in the partnership with the country, noting that Washington does need New Delhi’s support to counter Beijing’s growing influence in the region.
