The defence ministry has refuted reports suggesting India halted defense purchase talks with the US, labeling them as false. This response follows a Reuters report indicating a pause in weapon and aircraft acquisitions due to US tariffs on Indian exports. Despite this, the ministry clarified that procurement cases are progressing as per established procedures.
