Uttarakhand was hit by a cloudburst in Dehradun, damaging properties and infrastructure. Rescue operations are underway, and authorities are providing assistance to those affected, with the Chief Ministers monitoring the situation.

The incident took place on Monday noon when a group of cattle smugglers arrived in three separate vehicles to steal livestock from a village.
