Veteran Actor Prem Chopra Admitted to Lilavati Hospital in Mumbai

Veteran actor Prem Chopra has been admitted to Lilavati Hospital in Bandra, Mumbai. His son-in-law, actor Vikas Bhalla confirmed the news and clarified that the situation is not alarming. He said the hospital visit is connected to age-related concerns and that the family is ensuring he receives proper care.

Bhalla added that Prem Chopra is recovering well and expected to be discharged soon. He reassured everyone that there is no need to worry and that the actor is doing absolutely fine.

According to the medical team, he was brought to the hospital due to chest congestion and has been responding well to treatment over the last few days. In a statement, Dr. Jalil Parker said, “Prem Chopra ji was admitted to Leelavati Hospital two days ago under his family cardiologist Dr. Nitin Gokhale. He has a heart issue also and he also developed a viral infection, lung infection, for which I am also the treating physician in the same team. He is not in the ICU, he is in the rooms, in the wards and he is not critical.”
