Ranbir is focusing on his diet and exercise regimen to shed extra pounds, incorporating cardio and bodyweight training to slim down his face and torso.
Having previously bulked up for his role in Animal, he is now undergoing a transformation for the character of Lord Ram.
The filming of Ramayana has commenced, featuring Lara Dutta, Arun Govil, and other actors. While Nitesh Tiwari has not officially announced the movie yet, it has been generating buzz for some time.
Ranbir Kapoor is set to portray Ram, with Sai Pallavi as Sita. Yash is likely to play Ravana, and Sunny Deol is reportedly confirmed as Hanuman. Bobby Deol and Vijay Sethupathi are in discussions for the roles of Kumbhakarna and Vibhishana, respectively. Arun Govil, known for his portrayal of Ram in Ramanand Sagar’s Ramayana, will now portray King Dashrath. Lara Dutta will also appear as Kaikeyi. The film is reportedly scheduled for a Diwali 2025 release.
