The sprawling property sits on two acres of prime land. It is located near the US Consulate in the bustling Financial District, where many IT companies are located. This popular neighbourhood features trendy nightlife venues and offers direct access to the Outer Ring Road exit at Kokapet (the same area where the Allu Arjun family owns Allu Cinemas, one of the most expensive screens in Asia). Top architects are presently designing the palatial estate to suit Prabhas’ elite lifestyle.
The actor, last seen in The Raja Saab, has been expanding his property investments. He reportedly owns a gorgeous hillside villa in Italy. This peaceful European retreat overlooks a stunning waterfront and generates substantial rental income while he is away.
Closer to his roots, Prabhas maintains a massive farmhouse in Bhimavaram, his ancestral hometown. This peaceful countryside estate serves as a private sanctuary away from his busy filming schedules. The property expanded over recent years to include luxury amenities. It now features a large swimming pool, sports fields, and a modern gym facility. The grounds even include a private forest filled with rare plants. Additionally, the star acquired a five-acre plot of land on a scenic hillock in Raidurg Khalsa. These impressive holdings showcase his growing status as a major property investor.
Prabhas is one of the busiest superstars. Fauzi, Spirit and Kalki 2 are currently occupying his entire calendar. He is this busy even without Salaar 2’s production being kicked off. The actor plans to have three movie releases over the next 2 to 2.5 years.
