A 37-year-old man was injured after being shot at with an air gun allegedly by his neighbour in southwest Delhi’s Sagarpur area on Wednesday, police said.

Senior IAS officer Rajesh Agrawal on Wednesday assumed charge as Secretary, Department of Commerce, an official statement said.

Police reports stated that a long-standing property dispute had turned violent when Shyamu Parihar was beaten with an axe and sticks while he was constructing a wall.
