The final trailer of Project Hail Mary is out, and it sets the tone for a high-stakes space adventure arriving this March. The latest glimpse introduces Rocky, a mysterious alien life form Ryan Gosling’s character encounters far from Earth. Packed with tension, emotion and scale, the trailer hints that this could be one of the year’s most exciting theatrical releases.

Set to release in cinemas across India on 20 March 2026, the film is backed by a global theatrical partnership between Amazon MGM Studios and Sony Pictures Entertainment. This collaboration ensures a wide international rollout, with India being a key market for the release.

Based on Andy Weir’s bestselling novel, the story follows Ryland Grace, a lone astronaut who wakes up aboard a spacecraft with no memory of who he is or why he is there. As his past slowly comes back to him, Grace realises he has been sent on a critical mission to stop a cosmic event that could wipe out life on Earth. The trailer also reveals Rocky, an unexpected companion whose presence adds heart, humour and emotional weight to the mission.

Alongside Ryan Gosling, the film features a strong supporting cast including Sandra Hüller, Lionel Boyce, Ken Leung and Milana Vayntrub. Written by Drew Goddard and produced by a team led by Amy Pascal, Phil Lord and Christopher Miller, Project Hail Mary promises a powerful mix of science, suspense and spectacle. The film will release in English, Hindi, Tamil and Telugu, with IMAX and other premium formats available in Indian cinemas.

Bad Bunny, Kim Kardashian, Lewis Hamilton, Jay Z, Travis Scott, Justin Bieber, Kendall Jenner and Leonardo DiCaprio were recently clicked at the Super Bowl LX 2026, where Seattle Seahawks played against New England Patriots 29-13. The stars were seen sitting in their suites, while some walked the sidelines of Levi’s Stadium.

Interestingly, Bad Bunny headlined the halftime show while Charlie Puth sang the national anthem. Brandi Carlile performed America the Beautiful. Coco Jones sang Lift Every Voice and Sing. The New England Patriots were introduced by Jon Bon Jovi. The Seahawks were introduced by Chris Pratt.

As for Bad Bunny’s show, it was a star-studded affair with Lady Gaga, Cardi B, Alix Earle, Dave Grutman, KAROL G, Jessica Alba, Pedro Pascal, Ronald Acuña Jr. and Young Miko.

During Bad Bunny’s halftime performance, screens inside Levi’s Stadium expressed the message, “The only thing more powerful than hate is love.”
