Two terrorists and two soldiers were killed in an encounter in Kulgam district of south Kashmir on Monday, officials said.

The voting will begin at 10 AM, and members of both Houses of Parliament are eligible to cast a vote till 5 PM. The counting of votes will begin shortly after voting ends
