Enforcement Directorate arrested Partha Biswal, MD of Biswal Tradelink Pvt Ltd, concerning a Rs 68-crore fake bank guarantee provided by Reliance ADAG to SECI. Reliance Power Ltd allegedly paid Rs 5.4 crore to Biswal’s company for the fraudulent guarantee, using forged documents. Anil Ambani has been summoned for questioning, and a lookout circular has been issued against him.
