US President Donald Trump voiced his confidence Monday that Hamas was willing to agree a truce with Israel, as he met with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to push for an end to the Gaza war.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi arrived in Brasilia on Monday evening (local time) for his State Visit to Brazil. Brazil’s Minister of Defence, Jose Mucio Monteiro Filho, received him at the airport.

The two leaders’ meeting came with no sign of a breakthrough yet in the latest round of Israel-Hamas negotiations in Qatar.
