Legendary actor Dharmendra has sparked concern among fans after being admitted to Breach Candy Hospital in Mumbai. He was taken to the hospital following complaints of breathlessness, and since then, his family members and close friends have been visiting him to check on his health. Shah Rukh Khan, Sunny Deol, Salman Khan, Hema Malini, Ameesha Patel and others were seen arriving at the hospital, showing their support and love for the veteran star.
Hema Malini addressed the ongoing concern through her social media, sharing a picture of Dharmendra and reassuring everyone about his condition. She wrote that Dharam ji is under observation and is being continuously monitored, adding, “I thank everyone for their concern about Dharam ji who is in hospital for observation. He is being continuously monitored and we are all with him. I request you all to pray for his welfare and speedy recovery.” Scroll down for images.
Veteran actor Prem Chopra has been admitted to Lilavati Hospital in Bandra, Mumbai. His son-in-law, actor Vikas Bhalla confirmed the news and clarified that the situation is not alarming. He said the hospital visit is connected to age-related concerns and that the family is ensuring he receives proper care.
Bhalla added that Prem Chopra is recovering well and expected to be discharged soon. He reassured everyone that there is no need to worry and that the actor is doing absolutely fine.
According to the medical team, he was brought to the hospital due to chest congestion and has been responding well to treatment over the last few days. In a statement, Dr. Jalil Parker said, “Prem Chopra ji was admitted to Leelavati Hospital two days ago under his family cardiologist Dr. Nitin Gokhale. He has a heart issue also and he also developed a viral infection, lung infection, for which I am also the treating physician in the same team. He is not in the ICU, he is in the rooms, in the wards and he is not critical.”
