Former Maldivian president Mohamed Nasheed, who is in India, voiced concerns about the impact of the ‘Boycott Maldives’ campaign by Indians. PM Narendra Modi will inaugurate the Sela tunnel, the world’s longest bi-lane tunnel at an altitude above 13,000 feet, in Arunachal Pradesh. The tunnel will enhance all-weather connectivity to Tawang and Kameng regions, reduce travelling distance, and address tactical military disadvantages. Earlier, the route to Sela pass had only single-lane connectivity.
