During an episode of Koffee With Karan, Sara Ali Khan candidly discussed her relationship with Kareena Kapoor Khan, revealing the amusing dilemma she faced on what to call her. When host Karan Johar asked if Saif Ali Khan ever suggested she address Kareena as “Chhoti Maa,” Sara humorously replied that Kareena would have had a “nervous breakdown” if she had done so.
Sara shared that initially, she was unsure whether to call Kareena “Kareena” or “Aunty.” However, her father, Saif Ali Khan, quickly advised against calling her “Aunty,” which left Sara opting for “K” or “Kareena” instead. The actress also mentioned how Kareena made it clear from the start that she wanted to be friends, acknowledging Sara’s mother, Amrita Singh, and the strong bond they share.
Despite the changes in family dynamics after Saif’s marriage to Kareena in 2012, Sara emphasized that her relationship with her father remained close. On the work front, Sara is set to appear in Metro…In Dino alongside Aditya Roy Kapur.
