A Kolkata court was delayed for 50 minutes by a CBI lawyer during a hearing on Sanjay Roy’s bail application in the RG Kar hospital rape-murder case. The magistrate remanded Roy in judicial custody till September 20, as CBI opposed his bail plea and continues its investigation into the incident.
