Following a DGCA directive prompted by a recent Air India Boeing 787 crash, Air India has completed precautionary inspections of the fuel control switch locking mechanisms on its Boeing 787 and 737 aircraft. The inspections, initiated voluntarily on July 12 and completed within the DGCA’s timeframe, found no issues with the locking mechanisms.

Kiren Rijiju condemned the Opposition in the Lok Sabha for bringing placards and alleged they creating chaos during the Monsoon Session and violated the rules.

Delhi Police confirmed the complaints, primarily about noise and traffic, with some areas reporting grievances daily.
