A final decision on the seat-sharing formula is expected soon, with concerns about regional strongmen potentially impacting election results.

Several BJP leaders have attacked Rahul Gandhi following his meeting with US Congresswoman Ilhan Omar, accusing him of aligning with anti-India forces. BJP IT Cell chief Amit Malviya alleged that Gandhi’s remarks were supported by banned Khalistan groups. Other BJP leaders echoed these sentiments, criticizing his stance on reservations and national unity.

The Congress national president was campaigning for the Congress-NC alliance in Anantnag and made the comments at a rally there.
