The NIA has arrested an associate of the suicide bomber involved in the November 10 car blast in Delhi. Amir Rashid Ali allegedly facilitated the purchase of the explosive-laden car and conspired with the bomber, identified as Dr. Umer un Nabi, an assistant professor with a Jaish terror module. This arrest is a major breakthrough in uncovering the larger conspiracy.
