Senior IPS officer Seemanth Kumar Singh was on Thursday posted as Bengaluru Police Commissioner until further orders, an official notification said.

The action against a RCB member and three others in connection with the stampede outside Chinnaswamy Stadium was taken on the basis of an FIR that was registered, Bengaluru Police Commissioner Seemanth Kumar Singh said.
