It is the late actor Rishi Kapoor’s 72nd birth anniversary. On the special occasion, his wife Neetu Kapoor posted a heartwarming post in the late actor’s ‘remembrance’ with a throwback photo from a party wondering how he would have turned a year older today.

Today, on September 4, while the fans of late actor Rishi Kapoor are paying their tribute through social media posts, his wife and veteran actress Neetu Kapoor also dropped a special heartwarming post wondering how he would’ve been 72 today. “In remembrance (accompanied by a red-heart emoji) would have been 72 today,” she wrote further, adding a flower emoji.

In the photo, the late actor is seen blowing candles from his old birthday celebration. Being his usual self, he looked charming in a black tuxedo worn over a white shirt with a matching tie.

Radikaa Sarathkumar left everyone in the Malayalam film industry shocked after she revealed how hidden cameras were placed in her changing room. Well, the actress opened up about facing such challenges at her workplace while shooting for the first time, in the wake of the Hema Committee reports. And now, Radikaa revealed getting a call from none other than Mohanlal, who recently stepped down as the president of the AMMA.

While speaking to a group of press personnel in Chennai, Radikaa Sarathkumar revealed how she got a call from actor Mohanlal, right after she revealed finding hidden cameras in the changing room of one of her films. The diva mentioned that the senior star enquired if she faced such a problem in the shooting sets of one of his films.

As per Mathrubhumi, Radikaa recalled her chat with the mega star and said, “Mohanlal called me to ask if such an incident had occurred on any set where he was present. When I realised that people on the set were watching the hidden camera footage, I began shouting. I also contacted the production company’s authorities and demanded immediate action.”

Well, it was during an interview with CNN News18 when Radikaa remembered how she was shocked to discover that hidden cameras were placed in her changing room, at the shooting set of one of her films. 

Radikaa narrated that she found a few people in her film sets watching a video and laughing slyly. Quite surprised by their behavior, she stepped closer to them and was shocked to see that they were watching women changing clothes inside their caravans. 

Continuing with her thoughts at that time, Radikaa revealed she immediately became concerned of her privacy and safety. She added that she ended up having an argument with those four people and asked them to delete every single one of their videos immediately.  She added that there was nothing much she could do because she was leaving for the airport.

Actor Ajay Devgn has recently leased his commercial office space in Andheri, Mumbai, to director Kabir Khan, as reported by documents reviewed by Square Yards. Kabir Khan Entertainment will be paying a monthly rent of Rs 7 lakh for the property, with the lease and license agreement being finalized in September 2024.

Reports suggest that a stamp duty of Rs 1.12 lakh was paid for the transaction. The office, located in Signature Tower on Veera Desai Road in Oshiwara, spans 3,455 sq ft and includes three parking spaces. The agreement, secured with a Rs 30 lakh deposit, is set for a 60-month lease term.

Devgn and his wife Kajol own several properties in Signature Tower. In April 2023, according to Business Today, the Singham star purchased five units in Andheri West for Rs 45.09 crore, following his purchase of a 474.4 sq mt home in Juhu for Rs 47.5 crore two years prior. 

Meanwhile, on the work front, Ajay has a couple of projects in the pipeline. He will be next seen in Rohit Shetty’s Singham Again with Akshay Kumar, Ranveer Singh, Deepika Padukone, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Arjun Kapoor, Tiger Shroff and Jackie Shroff. The action extravaganza will hit theaters on the occasion of Diwali 2024. 

Apart from this, Devgn has De De Pyaar De 2 with Rakul Preet Kaur, Son of Sardaar 2 with Mrunal Thakur and Sanjay Dutt, Raid 2, and the movie stars Vaani Kapoor and Riteish Deshmukh in pivotal roles. In Raid 2  According to reports, post-production work for Raid 2 is underway, with Devgn reprising his role as senior income tax officer Amay Patnaik. The director is said to have drawn inspiration from an actual raid in Uttar Pradesh. The storyline centers around a UP politician-businessman accused of evading taxes worth over Rs 100 crore.

Reports suggest that the makers have started scripting for Shaitaan 2, which was released earlier in 2024. 

Ajay Devgn has become known for having the most successful film franchises, and he’s gearing up to take his career to the next level over the next two years. While there’s clear progress on Singham Again, Raid 2, De De Pyaar De 2, and Son of Sardaar 2, development is also ongoing for Dhamaal 4, Golmaal 5, and Drishyam 3.
