Meerut police have initiated an investigation against SHO Ramakant Pachori for not sealing Sahil Shukla’s room after he and Muskan Rastogi killed Saurabh Rajput. Sahil and Muskan had posed as a married couple during their stay at a Kasol hotel. Despite their phones being in police custody, videos of the duo surfaced online.
