A significant 7.3 magnitude earthquake struck the coast of Alaska on Wednesday, triggering a tsunami warning across a large portion of the Alaska Peninsula and extending towards Anchorage. The earthquake, centered off Sand Point on Popof Island, prompted the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration to issue the warning due to the potential for serious damage.

The US Drug Enforcement Agency dismantled an international drug cartel with ties to the ISI, China, and Canada, arresting Opinder Singh Sian, also known as Thanos. Sian operated a global fentanyl and methamphetamine trafficking ring from British Columbia.
